DCS - Shipping and Refund Policy
|DeLorean Car Show, Inc. is committed to providing
quality products and services, and delivering the highest levels of
Sales tax will be charged for items shipped to Ohio locations.
Please inspect packages immediately upon delivery. If your
product arrives damaged or defective, refuse shipment and contact
DeLorean Car Show, Inc. immediately.
If you are not satisfied in any way with a product from
DeLorean Car Show, Inc., you may exchange or return the item within 30 days
from the date the order was shipped*.
When an item has been returned in accordance with this
policy, a return credit will be provided for charge card purchases,
and a check will be provided for items purchased by check.
Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer must pay
return shipping charge unless it was our shipping error.
The customer is responsible for the condition of all returned
items. All merchandise returned to DeLorean Car Show that has been
damaged, as a result of return shipping, will not be credited. To
avoid this inconvenience, please purchase insurance for all return
If for any reason you need to return merchandise, you must contact
us prior to shipping it in order to receive proper instructions and
authorization. If possible, simply send your return request as a
reply to your shipping confirmation email. Any returns received
without prior notification may be refused.

- A full refund will be provided up to the day before the event.
|DeLorean Car Show Magazine:
- Upon cancellation of a subscription, a refund will be provided for
- The most recent issue sent may also be returned for a refund.
- Refunds may be provided by check.
